Each artist at SlipstreamPresents.com has their own page which features everything available by that artist including CDs, cassettes, vinyl, MP3s, RealAudio, Liquid Audio, videos (RealVideo), and miscellaneous merchandise for sale. All links on the main content pages titled artists, music, video, and merchandise lead back to these artist pages, except the "buy" and "watch video" links.

the basics
There are two methods for accessing the various types of digital music and video files available at SlipstreamPresents.com:

• streaming - playing music and video files directly from the Internet without first downloading to your computer
• downloading - retrieving music files from the Internet to be stored on your computer and played from there

An advantage of streaming is that the files play almost instantly without having to wait for a complete download to occur. When files are streamed they are not stored on your computer, thus they do not take up any space on your hard drive. A faster connection to the Internet generally results in higher quality music and video when streaming.

Downloaded music files are of a consistent quality regardless of your connection speed. Your connection speed only effects the length of time it takes for the download to complete before you can begin playing the file. Once downloaded to your hard drive, you may access the file at any time without being connected to the Internet.

In order to stream music and video or play downloaded music your computer must be equipped with the proper plug-in. There are two free players that can handle all the types of music and video files we offer. They are easy to download and install, and you only need to do it once to play all the tracks and videos you choose. After the players are installed on your computer the appropriate one will launch automatically when you click to play a corresponding file.

Below are links to download the players followed by a description of the types of music files and videos they will play.

Note: Items with a greater shipping weight such as T-shirts and books incur higher shipping charges. You total shipping charge will appear on the Select Payment Method page of your order before you are asked to submit credit card information so you have the option to not complete the order.

ordering

• When you have identified an item that you would like to purchase click the corresponding buy for $... link, which includes the price of that item before tax and shipping charge is added.
• By default the number 1 is entered in the Item Quantity box. You may adjust this quantity here if you would like more than 1.
• Click the Add to Cart button.
• You are now on the Shopping Cart page. If you would like to shop for more items click Continue shopping and you will be returned to the store.
• You may return to the shopping cart page at any time by clicking the shopping cart link on the top menu bar or by clicking another buy for $... link.
• On the Shopping Cart page you may change the contents of your cart by using the Edit Quantities and Delete Items buttons.
• When you have verified that the contents of your Shopping Cart are correct and you are ready to complete your order click the Complete Order button. Or you may click the Checkout link on the top menu bar if you are not on the Shopping Cart page.
• You are now on the Checkout page where you are asked to enter your Shipping Information. After you have filled in the boxes on this page click the Submit Shipping Information button on the bottom right side of the page.
• You are now on the Select Payment Method page. The Total of your order including Sales Tax and Shipping (both based on your shipping address) will appear.

to pay by online by credit card

• Follow the above ordering instructions up to the Select Payment Method page.
• Enter your credit card information. Be sure that your Billing Address matches the name and address associated with your credit card or your charge will not be authorized.
• At the bottom of the page mark the checkbox to "enroll in the program" if you would like to enable one-click shopping on future visits to SlipstreamPresents.com and other enabled sites.
• Click the Complete Order button to submit your credit card information.

to pay online by check

• Follow the above ordering instructions up to the Select Payment Method page.
• Click Enter NEW CHECK Info.
• Enter the information from your check. You must use an actual check number from an available check. Your bank account will register as if the check bearing that number was cashed in the traditional way.
• At the bottom of the page mark the checkbox to "enroll in the program" if you would like to enable one-click shopping on future visits to SlipstreamPresents.com and other enabled sites.
  
• Click the Enter NEW CHECK Info button to submit your check information.

to pay by mailing check or money order

• Follow the above ordering instructions up to the Select Payment Method page. Print the Select Payment Method page and mail it with your check or money order payable to Slipstream Productions, Inc. for the amount in the Total field.
• If you cannot print the page you may enter the number "0" for all the spaces in the Card Number field and click the Complete Order button at the bottom of the page so that your order is submitted to us. Be sure to copy your Order ID number and write it on your check or money order payable to Slipstream Productions, Inc.

SlipstreamPresents.com does not share or sell your email address, mailing address, credit card number, or other information you submit to us with the following exception. If you make a purchase, we provide the corresponding record label or artist with your name, address, and email address so that they may offer updates on that artist. If you do not want us to share that information with the record label or artist whose music you purchased, please let us know and we will be happy to keep it private.

When you place an order with us, we protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts the information you input.
